     It looks like summer has finally started to get here.  Weather is getting warm and fish are biting real good.  We're still getting very good numbers of decent size Cod fish.  And the Haddock fishing has been very good as well.  Unfortunately, the dog fish are also here so far they have been very manageable.  Most of the fishing lately has been on top of the bank and any where from 130 to 200 ft.  We've seen alot of Pollock lately in the 12 to 18 lb range.  Most of the Pollock we've been catching have been right around the 180 ft. depth mark.  Just like last year the Bluefin tuna showed very early.  We saw our first bunch the last week in May and the other day we saw 3 bunches.  Most of the fish seem to be in the 80 to 150 lb range.  These fish should start feeding enough to be trolled-up within a week or two.  There is certainly no shortage of bait around.  The bank is still covered with Sand eels.   We'll keep you posted.
